PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dargaville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Pukekohe Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976.
- The roads, specified in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads, specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The road, specified in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purpose of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The Traffic (Pukekohe Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 22nd day of January 1970+, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulations 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relate to an area and roads situated within Pukekohe Borough is hereby revoked.

No. 22 State Highway (Runciman - Te Uku): from Kayes Road to the northern boundary of Pukekohe Borough and from a point 100 metres measured southerly generally along the said state highway from Nelson Street to the south-eastern boundary of Pukekohe Borough.
