Declaration of Easement Agreement Under the Forests Act
1949—Right of Way over Part Whangapoua State Forest 169
(Auckland Conservancy)

PURSUANT to section 15 (2A) of the Forests Act 1949, as
enacted by section 3 (3) of the Forests Amendment Act 1971,
the Minister of Forests, being satisfied as to the sufficiency
of such Agreement, hereby declares

1. That an agreement in favour of Herbert McIntosh Taylor,
   of Auckland, ship broker, and Cynthia Barlow Taylor, his
   wife, granting a right of way over the State forest land
   described in the Schedule hereto has been entered into
   between the said Herbert McIntosh Taylor and Cynthia
   Barlow Taylor as grantees, and Her Majesty the Queen,
   as grantor.
2. That such agreement may be inspected at the office of
   the Conservator of Forests at Auckland, which agree-
   ment and the terms and conditions thereof are desig-
   nated grant of easement in respect of right of way,
   Whangapoua State Forest 169.
3. That a plan compiled from S.O. 22066 defining thereon
   the said easement is attached to such agreement and
   may be inspected at the above office.
