A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton motorway.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai
Survey District, described as follows:

Land Held for the Construction of Electric Tramways Set
Apart for Town Hall Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken
for the construction of electric tramways and vested in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington
by a Proclamation, dated the 1st day of March 1904, and
published in New Zealand Gazette, 10 March 1904, on pages
789 and 790: Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart,
as from the 28th day of October 1976 for town hall purposes.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4.7 perches, situated in the
City of Wellington, being part of Lot 7, D.P. 951, and
part of Block V of Reserve 'K', City of Wellington. All
certificate of title, Volume 137, folio 290 (being part of the
land contained in Proclamation 346).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of October 1976.

Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby

Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 137 acres 3 roods
38 perches, being part Sections 5 and 31, Block VII, Orahiri

Alteration of Boundaries—Raglan County and Huntly Borough

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of
October 1976
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order.
ORDER

  1. This order shall come into force on 1 November 1976.
  2. The boundaries of Raglan County and Huntly Borough
    shall be altered by excluding from the district of Raglan
    County and including in the district of Huntly Borough the
    area described in the Schedule to this order.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Raglan
    County, containing 36.7000 hectares, more or less, bounded
    by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 11,
    D.P. S. 2830, situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District,
    being a point on the generally western boundary of the
    Huntly Borough as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965,
    page 173, and proceeding generally south-easterly along the
    south-western boundaries of the said Lot 11, and Lot 12,
    D.P. S. 2830, the end of Fairfield Street (Lot 20, D.P. S.
  1. the south-western boundaries of Lot 10, D.P. S. 2830,
    and Lots 3 and 2, D.P. S. 21449, and the western boundaries
    of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 5655, a right line across part Allot-
    ment 43, Pepepe Parish, and the western boundaries of Lots
    3 to 10, D.P. S. 310 to the north-western corner of Lot 11,
    D.P. S. 310; thence westerly and south-westerly along right
    lines parallel to the northern and north-western sides of Paki
    Street to the northern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 6662;
    thence continuing south-westerly along the north-western
    boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Lots 2 to 16, D.P. S. 6662,
    a right line across part Allotment 45, Pepepe Parish, and the
    north-western boundaries of Lots 17 to 19, D.P. S. 6662, to
    the western corner of the said Lot 19; thence north-westerly,
    generally northerly and generally easterly along the south-
    western and generally western boundaries of the land shown
    A on S.O. 48451, being part Allotments 44 and 45, Pepepe
    Parish, the western and northern boundaries of the land
    shown B on S.O. 48452, being part Allotment 44, Pepepe
    Parish, and the western and northern boundaries of the land
    shown A on the said S.O. 48452, being part Lot 1, D.P.
    26921, and part Allotments 43 and 44, Pepepe Parish, to the
    western corner of Lot 11, D.P. S. 2830, aforesaid, the point
    of commencement.
