National Roads Board—Alteration of Boundaries of Roads Council Districts
It is notified that, pursuant to the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board has resolved to alter roads council district boundaries, from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, by deleting from the roads council district, described in the First Schedule hereto, the area comprised in the former county of Akito, and by including the said area within the roads council district, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
No. 10 Roads Council District, as constituted by the Main Highways Board on 16 December 1927 (Gazette 1928, Vol. I, p. 224).
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 5 Roads Council District, as constituted by the National Roads Board from 1 April 1969 (Gazette 1968, Vol. III, p. 2427).
The alteration was made by resolution, duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on 15 September 1976.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 21 June 1967*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga-Piarere) from Barke’s Corner at the junction of State Highway 29 with Pyes Pa Road and Cameron Road, to a point 1 mile 28 chains measured generally south-westerly along State Highway 29 from its junction with Cambridge Road at Tauriko, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3 and 4 of M.O.W. Plan No. 13422, and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, insofar as it affects that part of the said No. 29 State Highway for half its width on the southern side, commencing at the junction point of the north-
eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 4219 (C.T. 1273/12) with the State highway road reserve boundary and extending in a westerly direction for 50 metres across the frontage of Lot 2 and the adjacent Lot 1.

Revoking Bylaw Regulating Traffic on State Highway
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the National Roads Act 1953 and the Transport Act 1962, the bylaw, described in the Schedule hereby, was revoked by resolution of the National Roads Board, duly passed at a meeting of the board held in Wellington on the 15th day of September 1976.
