Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, and set apart for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use or benefit of the peoples of New Zealand generally, constituted by Order in Council dated 1 February 1967 and published in Gazette, No. 6, of 9 February 1967, page 145, is hereby cancelled.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as Maori reservations, for the purpose of burial grounds, for the common use and benefit of the proprietors of Tainui Kawhia Block.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks V and IX, Kawhia North Survey District, and described as follows:

1.8126 Part Pakarikari A Block created by an order of the Maori Land Court cancelling several titles and substituting one title dated 29 November 1966 and known as Wai Maori Urupa.

4278 Part Tainui Kawhia Block created by an order of the Maori Land Court cancelling several titles and substituting one title dated 5 December 1963 and known as Ngati Toa Urupa.

8348 Part Pakarikari A and Tainui Kawhia Blocks both created by orders described above and known as Te Pahii Urupa.

Declaring Additional Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Taharoa A715C constituted by Order in Council dated 6 April 1964, and published in the Gazette on 16 April 1964, No. 23, page 665.

NOTICE is hereby given, that pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart for the purpose of a meeting place and recreation ground, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Haua tribe and the Maori people generally, constituted by Order in Council dated 6 April 1964, and published in Gazette, No. 23, of 16 April 1964, page 665, is hereby cancelled.
