Milk Prices

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Milk Act 1967, the New Zealand Milk Board has authorised the following special maximum prices to be charged in the area set out below. The special maximum prices which are set out in the Schedule hereunder take effect from and including the 1st day of February 1976 and are in substitution for all of the prices provided for in the Milk Price Notice 1975 and the price for milk sold to a vendor provided for in the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975.

AREAS

ALL that area within a radius of 3 km from the Halfmoon Bay Post Office.

SCHEDULE

MAXIMUM PRICE TO BE CHARGED FOR MILK SOLD TO VENDORS, SHOP DAIRIES, COMMERCIAL USERS, AND CONSUMERS

Quantity Supplied on Any One Day Irrespective of Number of Deliveries

At the Rate of

(a) When sold to a vendor or to the occupier of a shop dairy for resale:

In any quantity ........................... 19.50c per litre

(b) When sold to a commercial user or consumer:

Less than 600 ml ......................... 7c per 300 ml

600 ml or more but less than 12 litres ... 13.0c per 600 ml

12 litres or more ...................... 21.63c per litre

AREAS

The Franklin County, excluding the following areas:

(i) All that area within a radius of 11 km from the Kaiaua Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Maramarua Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Mangatawhiri Post Office.

(ii) All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Awhitu Telephone Exchange.

The Boroughs of Papakura, Pukekohe, Waiuku, and Tuakau.

All those parts of the Waikato and Raglan Counties lying within the Auckland Milk District, except all that area lying to the south of the Waikato River within a radius of 24 km from the Port Waikato Post Office.

The Waikato Milk District excluding the following areas:

(i) All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Raglan Post Office.

(ii) All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Pukemiro Post Office.
