NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, that the reservation of the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart for the purpose of burial grounds for the common use and benefit of the proprietors of Tainui Kawhia Block, constituted by notice dated 14 July 1975, and published in Gazette, 24 July 1975, No 62, page 1626, is hereby cancelled.
