Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of a marae and recreation reserve for the common use and
benefit of the members of the Te Uritaniwha, Whanautanga,
Ngati Hineira, and Ngati Korohua hapus, and the Maori
people of Te Ahu Ahu.

Survey District, and described as follows:

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
