The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard
Specification Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft
New Zealand standard specification is being circulated:

Number and Title of Specification

DZ 4214 Code of practice for methods of determining the
total thermal resistances of parts of buildings.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and
who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies from the
Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center,
15–23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington, price $1.15
a copy.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 30 November
1975.

Price Order No. 2325 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 2238) (Phosphatic Fertilisers)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order :

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2325 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 2238* [as amended
    by Price Order No. 2248† (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 2238) and by Price Order No. 2321‡ (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No.
    2238)] (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This order shall come into force on the 30th day of October 1975.

  3. The principal order is hereby amended by omitting in the fifth schedule (as substituted by Price Order No. 2248) (Amendment No. 1
    of Price Order No. 2238), after the words “For sales in sacks and bags the above prices plus” the expression “$4.50” (as substituted by
    clause 3(e) of Price Order No. 2321) (Amendment No. 2 to Price Order No. 2238) and substituting the expression “$5.50”.
