National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 October 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth) from the Wakapuaka River (Teal Bridge) to the northern boundary of Nelson City as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of the plan LA 54/45/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1278 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
an area of 9 acres 2 roods 6.7 perches, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Puni Road and bounded by Kitchener Road West and Stuarts Road, Pukekohe, being part Allotment 83, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 2D/1029 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:
(i) an area of 5 acres, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining Kitchener Road West, being part Allotment 84, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 14D/430 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) an area of 4.3609 hectares, more or less, situated south of and adjoining Pollock Road and Domain Road at their junction, being part Allotment 85 and Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 68689, being part Allotments 86 and 279 of Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 23D/1321 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) an area of 4.4209 hectares, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Pollock Road and Stuarts Road at their junction, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 68689, and being part Allotment 85, 86, and 279, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 23D/1322 (Auckland Registry).
(iv) an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Eden Road, being Allotment 159, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 2A/1418 (Auckland Registry).
(v) an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Eden Road, being Allotment No. 160 of Suburban Section No. 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 295/189 (Auckland Registry).

an area of 5 acres, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Stuarts Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 58534, and being part Allotment 84, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 14D/429 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:
(i) an area of 5 acres and 5 perches, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Ward Street and Upper Queen Street at their junction, in the Drury Survey District and being Allotment 281 of the Suburban Section 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 128/122 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining the Patumahoe Pukekohe Road, being Lot No. 13 of Section No. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 195/18 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining the Patumahoe Pukekohe Road, being Lot No. 12 of Section No. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 195/19 (Auckland Registry).
(iv) an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining the Patumahoe Pukekohe Road, being Allotment 14 of Suburban Section 3, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 2D/829 (Auckland Registry).

Revision of District Valuation Rolls
Pursuant to section 9 of the Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General determines that the district valuation rolls for the districts named in the following Schedule shall be revised as at the dates shown. This schedule amends New Zealand Gazette, No. 53, page 1421, of 26 June 1975.

Environmental-Impact Report Notified—New Zealand Electricity Department, Wilberforce River Diversion Into Lake Coleridge
The Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental-impact report on the proposal to divert the Wilberforce River into Lake Coleridge. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until Friday, 5 December 1975.
Copies of the report may be obtained from New Zealand Electricity Department, Rutherford House, Private Bag, Wellington. Copies may also be seen at the public libraries at Ashburton, Methven, Christchurch, Dunedin, Wellington, and Auckland, or at the libraries of the 7 university institutions.
