SECOND SCHEDULE
Waitarere Beach Road: from a point 50 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Forest Road to a point 350 metres measured east generally along the said road from Forest Road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 15 October 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 8 (Timaru to Milton via Cromwell) from Duncan Road, Ettrick, to Judge Creek, Millers Flat, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 70/ 80/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 October 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth) from Richmond Borough Boundary to Ranzau Road, Hope, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 54/47/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 October 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of the Rimutaka Summit to Te Marua section State Highway 2 fronting Lot 2, D.P. 41576 (C.T. 13B/1177), and Lots 30 to 39 inclusive on plan A/2155 and Lot 40 on D.P. 618 (all in C.T. 13C/1211) for a width of 10 metres (½ chain) as more particularly shown on plan LA 51/18/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the notice, dated 5 September 1974, published in the Gazette, 12 September 1974, No. 89, p. 1930, is revoked in so far as it effects the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be a State highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
No. 1 STATE HIGHWAY (AWANUI-BLUFF)
ALL that portion of State highway in Taieri County and Mosgiel Borough from its intersection with Saddle Hill Road at the Coach and Horses in Fairfield to its former junction with Cemetery Road, Mosgiel.
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 1 STATE HIGHWAY
TAIERI County: all that section of public highway from Saddle Hill Road at the Coach and Horses in Fairfield via Saddle Hill Road and new road construction to the boundary of Mosgiel Borough at Boundary Road.
Mosgiel Borough: all that section of public highway from the Borough Boundary at Boundary Road via new road construction to the former Cemetery Road Junction.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 21 May 1969*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton to Kopu) from its intersection with Eureka Station Road to its intersection with Avenue Road, a total distance of approximately 8¼ miles, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 13 inclusive of plans MOW 15272, and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the Eureka to Morrinsville section of No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton to Kopu) for its full width and for a length of 20 metres each side of the point of junction of the common boundary of part Lots 1 and 2 of D.P. 13501 with the highway boundary.
