PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and such land described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga, as from the 16th day of October 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 16th day of October 1975; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Second Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 16th day of October 1975.
