Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948, as from the 20th day of October 1975.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Street in the City
of Gisborne

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 27th day of June 1975, and published in
Gazette, 24 July 1975, No. 62, on p. 1620, proclaiming land
as street in the City of Gisborne, by omitting the Schedule
and substituting the following Schedule.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5320 square metres, situated
in the City of Gisborne, and being Lot 73, D.P. 5903.

a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered

taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Piako from and after
the 16th day of October 1975.

Declaring Land Taken in Connection with Street in the City
of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to lease No. 27267 of part of ground floor and part
of first floor of building to Stylerite Limited, for a term
of 21 years, from and including the 5th day of June 1956,
in connection with street and shall vest in the Mayor, Council-
lors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after
the 16th day of October 1975.
