Amending a Declaration Taking Land, Subject to Certain
Rights, for the Generation of Electricity in the City of
Napier
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 18th day of July 1975, and published
in Gazette, 14 August 1975, No. 66, on page 1798, declaring
land taken, subject to certain rights, for the generation of
electricity in the City of Napier, by omitting the Third
Schedule and substituting the following Third Schedule.
