Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 9th day of October 1975; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 9th day of October 1975.

Declaring Land Taken for Water Supply Purposes in Blocks VII and X, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County, and the City of Upper Hutt

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold, and silver set out in No. 516880, for water supply purposes and also hereby declares that the land, described in the Second Schedule, is hereby taken, subject to the reservation as to coal, gold, or silver as described in certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 16, Wellington Land Registry, for water supply purposes and that the said land shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board from and after the 9th day of October 1975.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 2107 acres 2 roods 26.5 perches, situated in the City of Upper Hutt, and being Sections 2 and 3, Block VII, Paekakariki Survey, District as defined on D.P. 610, Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block VII, Paekakariki Survey District, and part Sections 24A, 28 and 29, Block X, Paekakariki Survey District, being also Lots 3, 4, and 10, D.P. 8106. Part certificate of title No. B1/1461, Wellington Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 207 acres, situated in Block VII, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County, and being Section 12. All certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 16, Wellington Land Registry.
