Railway Land Held for the Sockburn-Styx Railway Proclaimed as Road

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby proclaims as road and vests in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Paparua, subject as to part to the height restrictions imposed by notice No. 382108, the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land described as follows:

1 Proclamation No. 392508, marked respectively F and G on plan.

Situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 28881 (S.O. 13655) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Declaring Land Purchased for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Aitchisons and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of October 1975.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Masterton

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be set apart for State housing purposes from and after the 9th day of October 1975, and also hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to the conditions as to building lines imposed by notices No. 463259 and 463260, Wellington Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 9th day of October 1975.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 26.14 perches, situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District, Borough of Masterton, being Section 163, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, as shown edged red on plan S.O. 25043 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

All that piece of land containing 27.38 perches, situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District, Borough of Masterton, being Section 162, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, as shown edged red on plan S.O. 25043, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
