Declaring Land in Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the QueenDENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-GeneralBy his Deputy RICHARD WILDA PROCLAMATIONPURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
