Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General By his Deputy RICHARD WILD A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1975.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 25.9 perches (655 square metres) situated in Block VII, Kaeo Survey District, and being part Orotere Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28037 (S.O. 47000) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured blue. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, by his Deputy and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of September 1975. [L.S.] M. A. DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of October 1975 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 18 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1942, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.
REGULATIONS 1. Title and commencement—(1) These regulations may be cited as the Anderson Gift Regulations 1943, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Anderson Gift Regulations 1943* (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations). (2) These regulations shall come into force on the day after the date of their publication in the Gazette. 2. Grants authorised by Board—(1) Regulation 7 (2) of the principal regulations (as substituted by regulation 2 of the Anderson Gift Regulations 1943, Amendment No. 2, and amended by section 7 (1) of the Decimal Currency Act 1964) is hereby further amended by omitting the expression “$50”, and substituting the expression “$100”. (2) Regulation 7 (3) of the principal regulations is hereby amended by omitting the expression “sixteen”, and substituting the expression “18”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect. Regulation 2 (1) increases the maximum grant which the Board may authorise at any one time from $50 to $100. Regulation 2 (2) increases from 16 years to 18 years the age which orphans and children must be under in order to be eligible for grants.
Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General By his Deputy RICHARD WILD ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of September 1975 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL BY HIS DEPUTY IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act. This order is issued in substitution for the order dated 30 June 1975 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 July 1975, No. 58, p. 1519, and that order is hereby revoked.

Revoking the Vesting of Land in the Corporation of the City of Dunedin for Tree-Planting Purposes DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General By his Deputy RICHARD WILD ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of September 1975 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL BY HIS DEPUTY IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, by an Order in Council dated the 7th day of September 1932, and published in Gazette, 8 September 1932, Volume III, page 1974, an area of Crown land was vested, subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order in Council, in the Corporation of the City of Dunedin for tree-planting purposes pursuant to section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1926: And whereby it is expedient that the aforesaid Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto: And whereas the said Dunedin City Council has duly consented to such revocation. Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection 2 of section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby revokes the aforesaid Order in Council dated 7 September 1932 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
