be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting
the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY
SECTION 78 (formerly part Section 23), Block II, Waikawa
Survey District: area, 1.408 hectares, more or less. Part
certificate of title, Volume 200, folio 163 (S.O. Plan 8875).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, by his Deputy and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1975.
