The Traffic (Rangiora County) Notice No. 1, 1975

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rangiora County) Notice No. 1, 1975.

  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

  4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purpose of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

  5. The Traffic (Rangiora County) Notice 1963, dated the 10th day of April 1963†, and the Traffic (Rangiora County) Notice 1966, dated the 25th day of October 1966†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relate to roads in the Rangiora County adjacent to Rangiora Borough are hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rangiora County adjacent to Rangiora Borough at Southbrook.

Buckleys Road.
Marshall Street.
Railway Road: from Station Road to Victoria Street.
Victoria Street: from the southern boundary of Rangiora Borough to Ellis Road.
Torlesse Street.

Situated within Rangiora County adjacent to Rangiora Borough No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester): from the eastern boundary of Rangiora Borough to a point 480 metres measured easterly generally along the said State highway from the said boundary.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rangiora County adjacent to Rangiora Borough, Ellis Road.

Lineside Road: from the Rangiora-Flaxton Road to a point 480 metres measured south-easterly generally along Lineside Road from the Rangiora-Flaxton Road.
Railway Road: from Station Road to Lineside Road.
Rangiora-Flaxton Road: from Ellis Road to a point 400 metres measured southerly generally along the Rangiora-Flaxton Road from Lineside Road.
Station Road.
Todds Road: from Ellis Road to a point 640 metres measured south-westerly generally along Todds Road from Ellis Road.

THIRD SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rangiora County adjacent to Rangiora Borough No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester): from the western boundary of Rangiora Borough to a point 640 metres measured westerly generally along the said highway from the said boundary.

Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.
