PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand
Law Society, on the 19th day of November 1974 ordered
that the name of Peter Alexander Guild be struck off the
Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand and further ordered that the said
Peter Alexander Guild pay to the New Zealand Law Society
the sum of $100.00 by way of costs.
