of BUSHY PARK NURSERIES LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order requiring
Peter Tanton and Molly Tanton or the above company to
purchase the shares of the petitioners in the above company
or an order appointing an independent person to have the sole
administration of the affairs of the above company with power
to sell the whole of the company's assets as soon as buyers
can be found or for such order as shall be just was presented
to the Supreme Court on the 11th day of December 1974
by RONALD CHARLES TRAPSKI and LORALLIE SUE TRAPSKI. And
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Auckland on the 12th day of February 1975
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

Wellington was on the 11th day of December 1974 presented
to the said Court by MYLES JOHNSTON MOREPETH of Wellington,
bank officer. And that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 21st
day of March 1975 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
