BOROUGH OF OTAHUHU
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
THE Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otahuhu hereby give notice in accordance with the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments thereto, of their intention to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of public works namely, the construction of a railway overbridge at Massey Road-Mangere Road, Otahuhu, and construction of all earthworks and bypass roads and associated works made necessary by the construction of the said bridge. Every person directly affected by this notice is called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the land described in the Schedule hereto, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within forty (40) days of first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington. Any objection made in accordance with section 22 (1) (d) of the Public Works Act 1928 as amended by section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1973, will be heard at a public hearing unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
This notice is issued in accordance with the Public Works Act 1928.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
For health reasons Mr K. G. Doig has withdrawn from the firm of Messrs Charles, Doig and Urquhart, Barristers and Solicitors, Tancred Street, Ashburton. The partnership is dissolved accordingly.
The practice will be continued by the remaining partner Mr M. J. Urquhart, under the same name and at the same address. Telephone and P.O. Box numbers remain unchanged. Mr K. P. Reed, LL.B., remains with the firm. Mr Doig will continue with the firm as an employee.
