resolution, namely:

liquidator shall be held by the liquidator for the statutory
period of 5 years or for any lesser period which may be

TARY WINDING UP AND OF MEETING OF
CREDITORS

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of WARREN JONES LTD.:
Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the
minute book of the above-named company on the 3rd day
of February 1975 the following extraordinary resolution was
passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities con-
tinue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and
that according the company be wound up voluntarily and
that the company nominate M. J. Gilloch, of Upper Hutt,
chartered accountant, as liquidator.
Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of the creditors
of the above-named company will accordingly be held at
the offices of Messrs Chapman, Ross and Co., Chartered
Accountants, Chapman House, Main Street, Upper Hutt, on
Wednesday, the 12th day of February 1975, at 11 o'clock
