Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

Division of Northern Southland Pest Destruction District into Wards (Notice No. 1197 20891A)

Pursuant to section 21 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Northern Southland Pest Destruction Board hereby gives notice that the Northern Southland Pest Destruction District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 9th day of October 1972* is hereby divided into wards, the names and boundaries of which are specified in the Schedule hereto.
