Pursuant to the Post Office Act 1959, notice is hereby
given that the result of the weekly prize draw No. 1 for
2 August 1975 is as follows:
One prize of $5,000: 055 325624.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1975
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga
    County) Notice No. 2, 1975.
  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
    purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  3. The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice 1969, dated the
    20th day of January 1969, and the Traffic (Tauranga County)
    Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 13th day of January 1975†
    under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation
    27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956‡, which relates to No. 2
    State Highway situated within Tauranga County at Katikati
    is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Tauranga County at Katikati:
    No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
    from a point 640 metres measured northerly generally along
    the said highway from Marshalls Road to a point 350 metres
    measured southerly generally along the said highway from
    the said road.

    Jurisdiction of No. 2 Transport Licensing Authority
    Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 115 of the Transport
    Act 1962, it is hereby determined that the No. 2 Transport
    Licensing Authority shall, in August 1975, have jurisdiction
    in respect of the goods-service licences No. 5214 and No.
    17516, originally issued by the No. 7 and No. 10 Licensing
    Authorities in the name of Eta Foods Ltd.
    It is also hereby determined that the No. 2 Transport
    Licensing Authority shall, in the same month, have jurisdiction
    in respect of those matters contained in paragraphs 6, 8, 9,
    and 10 of Application No. 324 made by Eta Foods Ltd. on
    the 3rd day of June in the terms of proposed new licences
    in the terms set out in the Schedule attached hereto.

    (6) New continuous goods-service licence for carriage of
    table margarine manufactured by Abels Limited to retailers
    and return stock to own depots in No. 2, 3, 4, and part 6
    Licensing Districts, restricted to refrigerated vehicles, exempt
    from regulations 18 and 24 (1) of the Transport Licensing
    Regulations 1963.
    One Vehicle Authority required.
    (8) New continuous goods-service licence for carriage of
    table margarine manufactured by Abels Limited to retailers
    and return stock to own depots in No. 5A, 5B, 6, and 7 Licens-
    ing Districts, restricted to refrigerated vehicles with exemption
    from regulations 18 and 24 (1) of the Transport Licensing
    Regulations 1963.
    One Vehicle Authority domiciled at Wellington.
    (9) New continuous goods-service licence for carriage of
    table margarine manufactured by Abels Limited to retailers
    and return stock to own depots in No. 5A, 5B, 6, and 7
    Licensing Districts restricted to refrigerated vehicles with
    exemption from regulations 18 and 24 (1) of the Transport
    Licensing Regulations 1963.
    One Vehicle Authority domiciled at Palmerston North.
    (10) New continuous goods-service licence for carriage of
    goods manufactured, processed or marketed by the licensee or
    by any parent subsidiary or allied company of the licensee
    to customers and back to depot in No. 9 District with
    exemption from regulations 18 and 24 (1) of the Transport
    Licensing Regulations 1963.
    One Vehicle Authority domiciled at Christchurch.

    The Traffic (Taumarunui Borough and Taumarunui County)
    Notice No. 2, 1975.
    Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
    port hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  4. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taumarunui
    Borough and Taumarunui County) Notice No. 2, 1975.
  5. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
    hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by
    section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  6. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for
    the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  7. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is
    hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the
    purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  8. The Traffic (Taumarunui Borough and Taumarunui
    County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 7th day of April 1975*
    under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulations 27
    and 27A within Taumarunui Borough and Taumarunui County
    is hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Taumarunui Borough:
    No. 4 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Wanganui, via Raetihi):
    from the western boundary of Taumarunui Borough to a point
    160 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said
    State highway from the Ongarue river bridge; and from the
    eastern boundary of Taumarunui Borough to a point 340
    metres measured easterly generally along the said State high-
    way from Winstone Street.
    Golf Road: from the northern boundary of Taumarunui
    Borough to Taringamotu Road.
    Lairdvale Road: from the northern boundary of Taumaru-
    nui Borough to a point 1080 metres measured south-westerly
    generally along the said road from the said boundary.
    Marsack Road.
    River Road.
    Simmons Road.
    Taringamotu Road.
    Racecourse Road.

    SITUATED within Taumarunui Borough at Manunui:

    highway from Pungapunga Road.
