The Wanganui Cemetery Closing (Variation) Notice 1975
PURSUANT to section 41 (1) (b) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Wanganui Cemetery Closing (Variation) Notice 1975.

The Order in Council made pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908 on the 16th day of November 1914* whereby it was ordered and directed that from and after the 1st day of June 1915 burials within the Wanganui Cemetery, in the Borough of Wanganui, which said cemetery is described in the Schedule to that Order in Council, should be wholly discontinued, shall be read subject to the provisions of clause 3 of this notice.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the said Order in Council, upon the death of Herminia Claire Burnett, widow, of the city of Wanganui, the body of the said Herminia Claire Burnett, may be buried in the said cemetery.

Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drug
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 20) 1975
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 20) 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
