A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1975.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT-BOROUGH OF FEILDING LOTS 63 and 64, D.P. 20, situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District: area, 4.0468 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title No. 82/65.

Constitution of the Waimea Hydatids Control District (Notice No. 1191 Ag. 21171)
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of July 1975 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waimea Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The areas comprising the County of Waimea and the Boroughs of Motueka and Richmond as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Waimea Hydatids Control District.
3. The Waimea Joint Hydatids Control Committee is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Waimea Hydatids Control District.
4. Revocation-The Order in Council altering and redefining the boundaries of the Waimea Hydatids Control District dated 1 May 1972 is hereby revoked.
