Land Taken for Street in the City of Whangarei
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 31st day of July 1975.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Whangarei,
described as follows:

1039 Part Lot 11, D.R.O. 216; marked "D" on plan.
370 Part Lots 10 and 17, D.R.O. 216; marked "E" on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Whangarei,
described as follows:

641 Part Lot 10, D.R.O. 216; marked "H" on plan.
20 Part Lot 17, D.R.O. 216; marked "I" on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 48813 lodged in the office of the
Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon marked as above
mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of July 1975.

Land Taken for Street Widening in the City of Manukau
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street widening and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
31st day of July 1975.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 0.1 of a perch
situated in the City of Manukau, and being Lot 10, D.P.
41952. All certificate of title, Volume 1627, folio 75, North
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of July 1975.
