Declaring Additional Land Taken for a State Primary School
in the City of Wanganui

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement that effect having been entered into, the
additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a State primary school from and after the 30th day
of January 1975.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood (1011 square metres)
situated in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 5, D.P. 751, being
part Section 31, Town of Wanganui. All certificate of title,

Declaring Land and Stormwater Easement Taken for a State
Primary School in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a State primary school and a stormwater easement over the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a State primary school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
first the full, free, and unfettered right, liberty, and licence from
time to time and at all times to lay on, along, or under the said
land a line or lines of pipes for the purpose of discharging
stormwater and secondly the full, free, and unfettered right,
liberty, and licence for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants,
workmen, and licensees to enter upon the said land, with or
without horses, vehicles, machinery, or other implements for
the purpose of maintaining or repairing the said line of pipes,
such easement to be held appurtenant to the land held for a
State primary school described in the said First Schedule.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood and 16.6
perches situated in the City of Manukau and being part Allot-
ment 53, Parish of Papakura; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28287
(S.O. 47965) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Over Which Easement Taken

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Manukau having
a width of 10 links and a length of 455.69 links being part
Allotment 53, Parish of Papakura; as shown on plan M.O.W.
28287 (S.O. 47965) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured
blue.
