Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land secondly described to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 210397, North Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to the land sixthly described to the covenants respecting fencing contained in memoranda of transfer No. 37364 and 45538, North Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 30th day of January 1975.
