PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
declares as road the land described in the First Schedule

Proposed Maerewhenua Irrigation District Poll

Act 1960, notice is hereby given that a poll by postal voting
on the question of whether construction of water-supply works
