Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XIII, Patetere North Survey
District, Matamata County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest, as
to the areas of 1 rood and 28.7 perches; 1 acre 2 roods 38.5
perches; and 26.3 perches thereof in Douglas Haig MacKenzie,
of Putaruru, stud proprietor; and as to the areas of 1 rood
and 7.7 perches; and 3 roods and 17.1 perches thereof in
Roderick Joseph McKinnon, of Putaruru, farmer, subject to
memoranda of mortgage S. 564629 and S. 564630, South
Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection 6 of the said section 29 and hereby declares that
the said land shall, when so taken, vest in the said Douglas
Haig MacKenzie.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block XII
and XV, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson; and also proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto;
and also declares that the road first described in the said
Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson, and
that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in Kristo Grbin, of Dargaville,
farmer, and that the road thirdly described in the said
Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Murray Farms
Limited at Dargaville, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 292915.2, North Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road in Blocks VI
and VII, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice published in the Gazette, 30 January 1975, No. 6,
p. 147, proclaiming land as road in Blocks VI and VII,
Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County, by omitting
the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
