Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

for river protection purposes to a reserve for soil con-

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, adds the reserve to
the Big Bay Scenic Reserve to be administered as such
by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal
