Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Opua Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Opua Scenic Reserve.

Vesting a Reserve in the Bay of Islands County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Change of the Purpose of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves to a reserve for historic purposes, to be known as the Peach Hill Historic Reserve.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Blocks XIII and XIV, Culverden Survey District, Aumri County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Amuri County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 2.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1974.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975 (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1) is hereby revoked, and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefor.

3. The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1 is hereby consequentially revoked.
