Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for
cemetery purposes to a reserve for gravel purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Waipori Survey District,
Tuapeka County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Min-
ister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the
Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the
Tuapeka County Council pursuant to the said section 191B and
as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be
Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waipa County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa, in trust,
for that purpose.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County)
   Notice No. 1, 1975.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the pur-
   poses of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within Tauranga County at Katikati:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
from a point 640 metres measured northerly generally along
the said highway from Marshalls Road to a point 350 metres

The Traffic (Waikouaiti County) Notice No. 1, 1975

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikouaiti
   County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of
   section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The notice dated the 12th day of May 1938* and the
   notice dated the 16th day of June 1947† under section 3 of the
   Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, which relate to roads
   situated in Waikouaiti County at Waitati and Karitane are
   hereby revoked.
