Revoking the Appointment of Honorary Launch Warden (Deceased)
Pursuant to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby revoke the appointment* of Frederick Clarance Osborne as an honorary launch warden for purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.

Reappointment of Chairman of Monetary and Economic Council
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December 1974, in terms of the Monetary and Economic Council Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General was pleased to reappoint Professor Albert Dempster Brownlie as a member and chairman of the Monetary and Economic Council for a term of 3 years commencing on the 17th day of January 1975.

Member of Waimate Hospital Committee Appointed
Pursuant to section 10 of the Hospital Boards and Committees of Management Regulations 1959, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Colin Ernest Bird of "Oaklea", Waimate, to be a member of the local committee of management for the Waimate Hospital representing the County of Waimate.

Appointment of Honorary Launch Warden
Pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby appoint Francis Gerard Dickie to be an honorary launch warden for purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962. The appointment of 17 December 1962* in respect of the waters of Lake Taupo is hereby revoked.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Taranaki County Council on the 10th day of October 1974:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for quarry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
