The Traffic (Waimate County) Notice No. 1, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
1.This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimate County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
2.The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
3. The Traffic (Waimate County) Notice No. 2, 1973, dated the 2nd day of November 1973+ under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waimate County at St. Andrews and Makikihi is hereby revoked.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 360 metres measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Blue Cliffs Road to a point 320 metres measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Thackeray Street.

Fixing Date on Which Certain Returns Under the Fire Services Act 1972 are to be Furnished
PURSUANT to section 60 of the Fire Services Act 1972, it is hereby notified that the returns required by that section, showing the amount of premiums received by or due to fire insurance companies during the year ended 31 December 1974, shall be transmitted to the Fire Service Commission in the manner prescribed by the said section on or before Friday, 28 February 1975.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds Under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in the Borough of Kapiti (No. 1009 Ag. 20649A)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order made by the Borough of Kapiti on the 19th day of November 1974, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and all amendments thereto, the Council of the Borough of Kapiti doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order as follows:
(1) "That the plants described in the First Schedule to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, as amended, are hereby declared noxious weeds in the whole Borough of Kapiti as described in New Zealand Gazette, 5 September 1974, No. 86, pp. 1851, 1852, and 1853."
