A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Dunedin City Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The area comprising the City of Dunedin as from time to time constituted is hereby declared to be an hydatids control district to be called the Dunedin City Hydatids Control District.
3. The Dunedin City Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Dunedin City Hydatids Control District.
