Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-THAMES COUNTY SECTION 87 (formerly Part Waipatukahu No. 2 Block), Block XI, Hastings Survey District: area, 407 square metres, more or less. Part certificate of title 573/205 (S.O. Plan 47904).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 21st day of May 1975.

Land Held for a Pleasure Ground in the City of Wellington Set Apart for Housing Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a pleasure ground and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1940, and published in the Gazette, 20 March 1940, Volume I, at page 450: now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 29th day of May 1975 for housing purposes.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT All those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, described as follows:
