(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1974.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Kuaotunu Domain Board to occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp on the Kuaotunu River

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Kuaotunu Domain Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kuaotunu River as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 20 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand—Notice of Election

PURSUANT to the Pharmacy Act 1970, notice is hereby given that an election will be held in the Canterbury District to fill an extraordinary vacancy on the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand.

Nominations of candidates, on the prescribed form, close with the Registrar at 4 p.m. on 12 June 1975. Voting papers, if a poll is required, will be received by the Registrar until 4 p.m. on 3 July 1975. The place for receiving nominations of candidates and voting papers relating to such candidates is the office of the Registrar, Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand, 59 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington 1.

Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee Elections (Notice No. 1133 Ag. 61338)

Pursuant to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Nelson Raspberry marketing Regulations 1940, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz., Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington, Nelson, and Blenheim; also at the following post offices, viz., Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, Brightwater, Nelson, Tapawera, Tadmoor, and Blenheim.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 12 May 1975.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Nelson, not later than noon on the 11th day of June 1975.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting under section 13 (1) of the Narcotics Act 1965, has authorised Robert Withington, public health pharmacist, of Wellington, to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any narcotic, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any narcotic, and to demand the production of, and to inspect any books or documents relating to dealings in any narcotic and to inspect, weigh, measure, and record the stocks of narcotics.

Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order made by the Gisborne City Council on 22nd day of April 1975 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"THAT in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Gisborne City Council hereby resolves and declares that the under-mentioned plant is a noxious weed within the City of Gisborne:

Nodding Thistle (Carduus nutans)."
