Licensing the Nelson Lakes National Park Board to Occupy
a Site for a Jetty and Ramp at North End, Lake Rotoroa

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit the Nelson Lakes National Park Board
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake
Rotoroa at North End as shown on plan marked M.D. 15532
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
jetty and ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to
be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to
the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of May 1975.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
ten cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that
the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Birkenhead Borough Council to Occupy a Site
for an Outfall Pipeline at Charcoal Bay, Waitemata
Harbour

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit the Birkenhead Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors
or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed
of the sea at Charcoal Bay, Waitemata Harbour, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 14617 and deposited in the office of
the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon an outfall pipeline as shown on the
said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Nelson Lakes National Park Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors
or assigns unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy parts of the bed of Lake Rotoroa at
Fisherman's Hut and D'Urville Hutt as shown on plan
marked M.D. 15536 and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon two jetties as shown on the said plan, such licence to
be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
