Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

Pursuant to section 195 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973,
it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand
Picture Theatre Managers' Industrial Union of Workers,
Registered No. 2028, situated at care of Civic Theatre, Auckland,
will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled
on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication
of this notice in the Gazette.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Upper Clutha Valley
Development

The Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has
received an environmental impact report on proposals for
the development of the Upper Clutha Valley. Representations
in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it
is explained in the report, will be received at the office of
the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until
Friday, 20 June 1975.

Copies of the report may be obtained from Ministry of
Works and Development, P.O. Box 12-041, Wellington, or
seen at the public libraries at Queenstown, Wanaka, Crom-
well, Clyde, Alexandra, Lawrence, Balclutha, Auckland,
Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin or at the libraries of
the seven university institutions.

Land

Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State
forest land.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Dunedin Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
I, Gordon Steward Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give
notice that the Dunedin Licensing Committee on 14 April
1975 revoked an order made by the said committee on the
24th day of November 1967 authorising a variation of the
usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public and further
authorised the licensed premises known as:

Chicks Hotel, Mount Street, Port Chalmers;
George Hotel, 44 George Street, Port Chalmers;
Mackies Hotel, 14 George Street, Port Chalmers;
Marine Tavern, George Street, Port Chalmers; and
Port Chalmers Hotel, Beach Street, Port Chalmers
to revert to the usual hours of trading, namely:
Opening 11.00 a.m. (Monday to Saturday inclusive) and
Closing 10.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday inclusive)
from and including 1 May 1975.

powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
