PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the

of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of Ngati-
whare.

Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee (Notice No. 1130

PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Canterbury
Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given
that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election
of four producers' representatives to the Canterbury
Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection
during the ordinary office hours at the following places, viz,
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington,
Christchurch, Ashburton, and Rangiora.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period
of 7 days from 21 May 1975. Nomination forms may be
obtained on application to any of the above offices or from
the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries,
Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the
Returning Officer not later than noon on the 11th day of
June 1975.

Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1128 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 15 acres 2 roods 5 perches, or
thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshlands
Road, Christchurch, in Blocks III and VII of the
Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 22
on Deposited Plan No. 2773, part of Rural Sections
2143 and 5063, C.T. 546/52, Canterbury Registry.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) An area of 6 acres, or thereabouts, situated
east of and adjoining Quaids Road, Christchurch, in
Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being
Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 23859, part of Rural Sections
1715 and 7670, C.T. 4D/689, Canterbury
Registry.
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land
described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 2893 square metres, or thereabouts,
situated east of and with access to Grimseys Road,
Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch
Survey District, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan
34016 C.T. 13F/715, Canterbury Registry.

Revoking the Licence Authorising Keruru Fishing Company
Limited to Occupy a Site for a Boat Mooring at Motunau River
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
give notice that the licence of 3 December 1971* authorising
Keruru Fishing Company Limited to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the Motunau River as a site
for a boat mooring is hereby revoked.

Licensing John Read Bloomfield to Occupy a Site for a
Mooring at Waihau Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit John Read Bloomfield (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the
sea at Waihau Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 31
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at
Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a mooring
as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as
applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day
of May 1975.
