Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Lower Hutt City Corporation

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower
Hutt, in trust, for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto
and further, declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Manukau City Council at current market value,
the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's
reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in
or towards the improvement of other public reserves under
the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase
of other land for public reserves.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to
be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III
of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Ashburton
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain
Board.

Declaration That Part of the Ashburton Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Ashburton
Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and further, revokes
the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
