Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for roading purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Paparua County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Declaration That the Tokatoka Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of the Purpose of the Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Tokatoka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and further, pursuant to the said Act changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, to be known as the Tokatoka Scenic Reserve.
