Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement and
Mining Rights, for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of
Huntly

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject to the fencing agreement and mining rights
contained in conveyance 201339 (R. 170/555), South Auckland
Land Registry, for a teacher's residence from and after
the 17th day of April 1975.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in the
Borough of Huntly, being Lot 12, D.P. 4740, and being
part Allotment 7, Parish of Taupiri. All certificate of title
No. 1C/496, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control
Purposes and Better Utilisation and to be Crown Land
in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
soil conservation and river control purposes and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
better utilisation from and after the 17th day of April 1975;
and (b) further declares the land described in the First and
Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the
Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of April 1975.

ALL that piece of land containing 8.1 perches situated in
Block I, Whakatane Survey District, being part Allotment

and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 26.3 perches situated in
Block I, Whakatane Survey District, being part Allotment
29S2B2A, Rangitaiki Parish; as shown on plan M.O.W. 26278
(S.O. 46467) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured blue,
edged blue.

Declaring Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of
Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a

for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after
the 17th day of April 1975.

said City deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at

together with rights-of-way easement created by transfers
142373, 142374, 142692, and subject to Z. 303 conditions of
consent of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Wellington as to the above-mentioned rights of way, for
housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after
the 17th day of April 1975.

Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the

together with a right of way over Alameda Terrace created
by transfers 142373, 142374, and 142692 and subject to con-
ditions of consent to the said right of way contained in
document Z. 303, for housing purposes and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Welling-
ton from and after the 17th day of April 1975.

ALL that piece of land containing 15.64 perches situated in
the City of Wellington, being part Section 23, Town of
Wellington, and being also Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Deposited
Plan 7997. All certificate of title No. F1/1297, Wellington
Land Registry.

Declaring Land and a Right of Way Easement Over Land
Taken for a State Primary School in Block XIII, Waiau
Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a State primary school and a right of way easement
over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for a State primary school, vesting in Her
Majesty the Queen first the full and free right, liberty, and
licence in perpetuity to construct and maintain the said right
of way, together with the full right and liberty for Her
Majesty's servants, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, agents,
visitors, and licensees (in common with all other persons
from time to time lawfully entitled to use the same) at all
times by day or by night, with or without vehicles, machines,
tools, and equipment, to go, pass, and repass along, over,
upon, and through the said right of way, such right of way
to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said
First Schedule, from and after the 17th day of April 1975.
