Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945 in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Council-lors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 17th day of April 1975.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Sewage Rights in Gross over Part, a Fencing Covenant, and Subject to and Together with a Right of Way Easement, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 20th day of August 1974, and published in Gazette, 5 September 1974, No. 86, on page 1860, declaring land taken subject to sewage rights in gross over part, a fencing covenant, and subject to and together with a right of way easement for State housing purposes in the City of Napier, by omitting the words “the right of way easement created by transfer 286881”, and substituting the words “the right of way easement intended to be created by easement certificate K. 286880”.
