Declaring Land and an Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken for Drainage in Block V, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage, and the easement of right of way described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and that both the said land described in the First Schedule hereto and the easement shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hauraki Plains from and after the 17th day of April 1975.
