Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato
Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1086 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) An area of 10 acres 2 roods and 4.5 perches,
or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising parts of Rural Sections 7670 and 7670X, and being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 3332, C.T. 283/295 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the
land described in paragraph (a) above, being—
(i) An area of 6 acres 3 roods 16 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 8 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875, and comprising parts of Rural Sections 7670 and 7670X, C.T. 285/14 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 18 acres and 27 perches, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Hawkins Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 7670, and comprising Lots 2 and 3 and parts of Lots 5, 6, and 7 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875, C.T. 274/13 (Canterbury Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1087 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 41 acres 3 roods 30 perches, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Turners Road, Christchurch, in Blocks III and IV of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising parts of Rural Section 5063, and being Lot 26 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 2773, C.T. 293/230 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above, being—
(i) An area of 5 acres and 1 perch, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Turners Road, Christchurch, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising part of Rural Section 5063, and being Lot 2 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 4068, C.T. 292/56 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 18 acres 2 roods 31.9 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and with access to Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 4068, part Rural Section 5063, C.T. 3C/1046.
(iii) An area of 23 acres and 10 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Blocks III and IV of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising part of Rural Sections 2143 and 5063, and being Lot 21 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 2773, C.T. 285/57 (Canterbury Registry).
(iv) An area of 50 acres and 10 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Woodend Beach Road, Rangiora County, in Block XII of the Rangiora Survey District, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 29099, part of Rural Sections 1928, 2880, 3720, and 5988, C.T. 11A/859 (Canterbury Registry).
(v) An area of 9.3780 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Taylors Road, Eyre County, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 34241, C.T. 13K/351.
(vi) An area of 11.7240 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Taylors Road, Eyre County, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 34241, C.T. 13K/352 (Canterbury Registry).

(vii) An area of 14.4245 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Taylors Road, Eyre County, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 34241, C.T. 13K/353 (Canterbury Registry).

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 10 acres 1 rood 12 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and XI of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising Lots 52 and 53 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875, C.T. 273/23 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) A part of an area of 16 acres 3 roods 4 perches, or thereabouts (situated north of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch) C.T. 819/52 (Canterbury Registry), previously declared as (a) (i) in notice No. 1048.
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 10 acres 3 roods 7 perches, or thereabouts, situated north-east of and adjoining Belfast Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 7117, part of Rural Sections 1020 and 11528, C.T. 359/33 (Canterbury Registry).

This notice should be read together with notice No. 1048 dated 11 March 1975*.
